Με στόχο  η  διαδικασία του εμβολιασμού των  μόνιμων κατοίκων ηλικίας 18 ετών και άνω,  να ολοκληρωθεί εντός του μηνός Μαΐου, παρακαλούνται το αργότερο μέχρι την Παρασκευή 14 Μαΐου 2021  όσοι επιθυμούν να εμβολιαστούν, να δηλώσουν τα στοιχεία τους: -Ονοματεπώνυμο (με κεφάλαια), εάν κάποιος/α κάτοικος έχει 2 επίθετα ή 2 ονόματα να καταχωρηθούν. -ΑΜΚΑ.  Όσοι δεν έχουν ΑΜΚΑ θα πρέπει να προβούν στη διαδικασία έκδοσης προσωρινού ΑΜΚΑ  εδώ https://emvolio.gov.gr/pamka -τηλέφωνο επικοινωνίας καθημερινά  9:00-15:00 -Δημαρχείο -Κέντρο Κοινότητας (ψαράδικα) -Κέντρο Υγείας -και ηλεκτρονικά στο pressoffice@n-skiathos.gr όπου η καταγραφή θα επιβεβαιώνεται με απαντητικό  mail Διευκρινίσεις:

• Οι εμβολιασμοί γίνονται με το εμβόλιο της
• Οι κάτοικοι ειδοποιούνται τηλεφωνικά μία ημέρα πριν το ραντεβού τους.

Aiming to complete the vaccination of the permanent residents of Skiathos island aged 18 and above within May, those who wish to be vaccinated are kindly asked to submit the following data the latest by Friday 14th of May: - Name and Surname (All Capitals), if a resident has 2 names or 2 surnames they have to be registered - AMKA, those without AMKA should apply for a temporary one at the following link https://emvolio.gov.gr/pamka - Contact Number Everyday 9:00 - 15:00 at the: - City Hall or - Health Centre or - Community Centre (at the end of the old port) or - online at pressoffice@n-skiathos.gr where the registration will be verified via an answering email Clarifications:

• Vaccinations are done with the Pfizer vaccine.
• Residents shall be notified by phone one day before their appointment.

Friday the 14th of May is the final date of application, any applications received after that date won’t be included.
