The local ship Skiathos Express was made to return back to Skiathos' port this morning after having departed on its programmed journey because of an emergency incident involving a pregnant woman. The ship's captain was informed of the case of the pregnant woman a short while after having departed from the port and without second thoughts decided to turn back in order to collect the woman in need. Upon arriving, an ambulance was waitting for her in order to transport her safely to Skiathos' Health Center.
